This ancient artisan bread is ah-mazingly delicious. Made with our sourdough, then mixed with 12 freshly-milled ancient grains, it's topped with toasted seeds and oats, and is literally bursting with as much flavor as it is nutrition. The flavor is off chart, the crumb is simple and beautiful, and is a perfect grain to spread hummus on.
A fabulous bread for breakfast or dessert. Combined with sourdough, the timeless, heartwarming ingredients of cinnamon and sugar dance richly throughout. Golden and sundried raisins are bountiful in the crumb which is created with our freshly milled hard red wheat and rye berries. And then, as if it could not get any more delicious, the sugar translates through the bake into a deep, dark, caramelized crust every time.
Crusted generously with Kosher and Sea Salt, this deeply flavorful loaf presents with a simple white crumb and is laced throughout with sprigs of rosemary. Each bite pairs beautifully with a side of balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. Old country simplicity meets rosemary richness. Delicious.

BAKER'S FAVORITE. This loaf is inspired by the Rustic Olive bread that my husband included on our 'engagement-scavenger hunt', in the middle of Venice, Italy, just before we stepped onto a gondola, where he proposed.... This loaf is just like that loaf. Packed full of gorgeous Kalamata and green olives, finished with extra-virgin olive oil and fragrant rosemary... it is totally old country. DELICIOSO.
Creamy Asiago cheese. Intense sun dried tomato. Infused with Mediterranean herbs and finished with extra-virgin olive oil. This rich boule is decadent, and slices with a real attitude.
This bread may transport you back to a simpler time. Classic old world flavors that we grew up on... caraway, anise, fennel and coriander all come together to sing through the crust and crumb. Freshly milled hard red wheat and rye berries are mixed with our sourdough and laced with whole caraway seeds to create this delicious rye loaf.

This gorgeous loaf is inspired by my dear friend Katie who travelled to visit the Tudor Monastery Farm in England where she saw this bread baked first hand in beautiful historical ovens. To reimagine this 16th century Meslin loaf, I use Oak Aged Belgian Sour Ale (brewed using methods that date back to the middle ages) AND freshly-milled Purple Barley, which is just packed with nutritional superpowers. The rich coloring of the crust and the deeply flavorful sourdough crumb are JUST OFF CHART.

These cinnamon rolls are extremely special. Inspired by the baker's childhood, "just like Daddy used to make" these spirals are filled with the warm flavors of cinnamon and brown sugar, with a hint of clove. One is never enough. Keep your toothbrush handy, this is some serious sugar.
