Our loaves are made with robust sourdough starter and pre-ferments to more naturally leaven our doughs. Freshly milled whole grains such as hard red wheat, rye and other ancient grains are added to each mix to bring unique character to each bread that we create. Delicious. It was March 14, 2020, Covid had just hit and we were forced to close the doors to our family business. Like so many, we were shocked at the abruptness of it all and not sure what we would do, or how we would make ends meet.
Sitting at the kitchen table, brainstorming over dinner, my family looked at me and asked, "Momma, is it time to open the bakery?"
I'd been baking artisan bread for our family and friends for many years. Working on cruise ships back in the day and travelling the world, I used to devour gorgeous, old-world artisan loaves in places like Napoli, Venezia and Firenze and missed this delicious, rustic bread with my whole heart. Good bread had always been a corner stone in my life, and the stuff I was buying at the grocery store, it just wasn't hitting the mark. I realized that if I wanted to have that beautiful bread again, I would have to learn how to make it myself.

Welcome to our Bake List.
Our Bake List Menu is always FRESH! Each week we offer featured breads as well as our most popular bakery loaves.
Get connected with our Google Order Form, select your bread and submit your pre-order before the ordering window closes on our Bake List for that week. We'll reach out by text to confirm your order by mid-week.
Once you submit your google order form, your order will be in the works. Later in the week, after the bake is through, we'll email you a Paypal Invoice directly, which you can pay online using your favorite debt or credit card, or through Paypal.
The pick-up schedule this 2025 Spring season is a work in progress. The Baker and her family launched a new Performing Arts program this year, and so she is experimenting with new days and times until she finds a good fit for her bakery operations. Thank you for your understanding. The pick-up and delivery options will be listed each week in the google order form.

Are you a regular bread customer? Consider setting up a recurring weekly bread subscription with us so that you can put your bread order on autopilot! We can set you up so that your bread is added to our Bake List each week and charged to your account automatically. It's easy to manage, if you need to go out of town, simply contact us to pause your subscription, and your account will not be charged again until you request to reactivate it.
