Our Zoom STRETCH AND FLOW classes are ideal for melting away tension, reducing chronic pain and flowing new energy into your daily activities. Shared in the 20-minute "Micro-Class" with bonus Q&A following every class.
Be guided through a daily routine of stretches from the comfort of your own home with Rocky Duvall. Classes focus on gentle, low-impact, whole body stretching or select targeted areas to improve flexibility. Flowing movements are also incorporated throughout to promote a more fluid range of motion and sense of well-being. Flowing together as a class you will work to open restricted areas of tension and help liberate chronic patterns of repetitive stress.
